Notarial Assistant

Do you have several (4+) years of work experience as a secretary/assistant and are you looking for a varied position in an inspiring environment? Stibbe is immediately looking for a full-time (0.8 fte also possible) assistant for the Notary practice group.


Dutch proficiency is required for this position

Your tasks will include:

You participate in the daily practice of the Notary practice group, ensure efficient agenda management and the planning and preparation of appointments and meetings. You will ensure correct file management and handle incoming and outgoing documents. The billing process is an important part of your work. You will also maintain the digital client file (Contact Manager). You handle many different matters simultaneously and process them independently. In this context, you are expected to have a high degree of accuracy, independence and flexibility.


The team
You are part of a team of assistants. The assistants are responsible for the secretarial support of the various (candidate) notaries and notarial employees and are directly managed by a team leader. Together with the team, you make a major contribution to the quality of the practice group and Stibbe's services.


Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic colleague who ensures that everything runs smoothly. You have completed an MBO(+)/HBO education. In addition, you preferably have a number of (4+) years of experience as a secretary/assistant, preferably in the Notary or business services. You are a team player, who is also able to work independently and prioritize tasks according to your own insight. You are proactive, stress-resistant and flexible, also when it comes to helping and taking over tasks from colleagues. Furthermore, you have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written, and you are proficient in the MS Office package.


Furthermore:

  • You have a client-oriented and collegial mindset;
  • You preferably have experience with invoicing;
  • Are you willing to continue developing within the legal secretary profession;
  • You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality;
  • You are open to feedback;
  • You are available 5 days a week, 4 is negotiable.
